WBE-IPX56 Spray Test Chamber also known as the IPX56 strong water immersion test chamber, is used to test the waterproof performance of the outer shells of electronic, automotive, and communication products. It uses simulated rainfall to test the waterproof performance of products and assess the serious failures caused by the loss of waterproof performance.
Application:
It is mainly used for exposure testing of automobiles and parts, such as plastic samples, dashboards, central control screens, steering wheels, bumpers, etc., to meet the testing needs of industries such as new energy, photovoltaic/solar energy, and military. It is suitable for sunlight simulation aging tests of components and finished products.
Test Standards:
Automotive lighting, windshield wiper performance, waterproof strips, motorcycle instruments, navigation systems for the defense industry, missile fuses, radar cones, rain resistance testing for the aerospace industry, and waterproof performance of electrical appliance housings.
Machine Features
1. Suitable for IPX5 and IPX6 waterproof rating testing of products.
2. Integrated structure, eliminating the need for operators to hold the spray gun during testing; simply fix the sample to begin testing.
3. Turntable drive: Uses a high-quality domestic stepper motor; speed and angle can be set (adjustable) on the touchscreen, precisely and steplessly adjustable within the standard range, and automatically controls forward and reverse rotation (forward and reverse rotation: suitable for testing with samples powered on, preventing wire tangling).
4. The test chamber is equipped with LED waterproof lighting for easy observation of the test samples.
5. The equipment has a built-in water tank for circulating water, eliminating the need for a dedicated waterproof testing room. The water tank has high and low water level alarms to effectively prevent the water pump from running dry and being damaged.
6. The spray gun can swing up and down; combined with the rotation of the turntable, it achieves essentially full spraying of the sample surface.
