一.HAST High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Chamber Introduction

HAST (High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Chamber) is a high-pressure accelerated aging chamber (abbreviated as HAST, UHAST). Its applications include: 1. Evaluating the operational reliability of non-hermetic packaged IC devices (solid-state devices) under high temperature, high humidity, and high pressure conditions. 2. Conducting high-accelerated stress life aging tests on chips, semiconductors, and other components under temperature, humidity, and bias (or no bias).

The WBE-HAST series HAST high-voltage accelerated aging chamber enables real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature parameters, covering system-level, board-level, and device-level monitoring capabilities.

二.Features of the Weibang HAST High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Chamber:

  • The inner liner is made of double-layered thickened SUS316 stainless steel with a rounded design. The tank body is manufactured with a pressure vessel license from the National Special Equipment Manufacturing License.
  • Three exhaust modes: slow cooling with relative humidity, slow cooling while maintaining moisture, and rapid exhaust mode.
  • Employs a motor-driven system with a tray (pull-out door, motor-driven clamping method).
  • Dual-container structure: the test chamber and steam generator are independently designed, reducing mutual interference between them.
  • Customized sample racks and tooling fixtures can be customized according to different sample testing requirements.
  • Compatible with high-accelerated temperature and humidity stress (unsaturated) HAST test and high-pressure boiling (saturated) PCT moisture resistance test.
