UV Test Chamber

WBE UV Test Chamber can replicate the ultraviolet radiation effects of sunlight and simulate the erosive effects of rain and dew through condensation and water spray mechanisms. Throughout the test process, both radiation intensity and temperature parameters can be precisely controlled. A standard test cycle typically consists of: ultraviolet irradiation under high temperature and high humidity conditions, followed by a transition to a 100% dark and humid environment, alternating in this manner. This test has typical applications in fields such as coatings, automotive, plastic products, wood products, and adhesives."

Description

UV Test Chamber are primarily used to evaluate the weather resistance of various non-metallic materials under outdoor sunlight (ultraviolet) and humid environments. Typical applications include coatings and paints (testing the anti-chalking and fading resistance of exterior wall paints and automotive paints); the automotive industry (detecting the anti-cracking and discoloration performance of interior and exterior parts such as dashboards and bumpers); plastics and rubber (assessing the strength degradation and embrittlement of outdoor plastics and engineering plastics); wood products (evaluating the adhesion and color protection of wood coatings); and adhesives (verifying their bond strength retention under the influence of UV light and moisture). Additionally, it is widely used in fields such as textiles, photovoltaic materials, waterproof building materials, and packaging inks.
